There was 10 unarmed African Americans killed by police in all of 2019. What number do you want to get this down to? Several of those 10 tried to use a vehicle rather than a weapon too just FYI.

Sure. Have some kind accountability for cops who blatantly abuse the position. Have some kind of independent oversight rather than allowing a department to investigate itself.
