The company chose New Orleans as one of the cities to receive their paving for pizza grant. The effort aims to help cities fill potholes to make pizza delivery easier.

Domino's is about to go bankrupt.

The $5,000 grant will be voted on by the New Orleans City Council next week.

Nevermind. They won't get to even a half a percent of the potholes that need fixing in NOLA. But way to brag about a $5,000 grant like it matters.

NOLA doesn't need potholes filled.

We need reconstruction.

I like how you tried to brag and call Domino's a Fortune 500 company then quickly corrected yourself.

start with Uptown and make you way to GD, to mid city then to Lakeview. If they care about the well being of their pothole fillers don’t even attempt to try to fix the east.

Haha, was trying to make it sound more impressive.

How the frick aren't they Fortune 500? I thought they were the largest pizza chain in the US.

I've only lived here a year but I only started noticing this recently, some of the (many) potholes on my way home from work have started to be filled, only they aren't smoothed over at all. It's like they just dump the asphalt and then head out so it dries essentially like an uneven speed bump/small mountain. It's insane.

Better than what they used to do with the asphalt.
