Just found this out. A close relative passed away, and the funeral home said that only 10 people are allowed to attend the services. Ten.

And we aren't allowed to switch people out. The 10 people who show up are the only 10 people allowed.

So now we have to make some hard decisions on who will be able to say goodbye to her.

fricking ridiculous.

Per the NOLA covid guidelines:

quote:

Funeral receptions must follow the same guidelines as event venues. Funeral receptions shall be allowed up to 10 individuals indoors and 25 outdoors, while following the State Fire Marshal guidelines for Event Venues.

I think you need to protest this funeral and you'll be able to bring more than ten.

But 500 people in Walmart/Home Depot is totally fine.

Just call the funeral a BLM protest. Rules don’t apply to those.

Toya is just mad that Biden spread all the cheese out to Atlanta and Phoenix and Chicago and told her no dice.

Are you opposed to bringing your loved one to Alabama for the funeral? We don't have such bullshite rules.

Unfortunately, the arrangements were made a while ago; before Toya came up with her insane phases.

Can you have it at a different venue like a church?

That's why they shoot off a few rounds at a funeral... clears out a few more spaces for other attendees.

Nah. We're talking funerals/wakes. You don't have to bury them here. Don't want Coonasses polluting our ground, anyway.

There’s always crowds at the fly. Just bring the corpse there and release it down River, like the Tchoupitoulas Indians did.

Meet me at the church on Landry and Mardi Gras Blvd by the bridge on any Saturday morning. I can assure you they don't enforce this.

Just say the funeral is a protest over the deceased’s life since he/she was racist. Teedy will retweet and encourage the gathering.

Yes. We can have 50% capacity of the church. At my parish that is 200.
