Friend, it’s a high pressure system that parked it’s arse over us for 3 weeks…

Historian, theologian, artist, author, mathematician, meteorologist. Is there no limit to this man's talent?

It’s hot and drier than the devil’s arse, but let’s not pretend this hasn’t happened before. On a planet that’s billons of years old you go to 1980 for SE Louisiana, which I wasn’t even born yet, but people like you don’t shut up about it. It’s hot, if you don’t like it then move somewhere else. God knows your character on here has the means to move out of little Somalia, away from the crime and heat, but you type out a bunch of BS and the powers that be of this site just let you be.

I’m giving you two more months before your inevitable ban

The last time he disappeared was because of his outright BS that pertained to his awful take of the people that were killed south of the lake at a gun range, but I don’t think that was a ban. Evidently, chicken fingers like’s him. He can come and go as he likes.

This right here. The Earth's climate has been changing since the beginning of time. It will continue to change. There is nothing humanity can do to change the course of the Earth's climate. You have to have a rare combination of stupidity and arrogance to believe otherwise. The same people pushing this are the ones who thought we could control a highly contagious respiratory virus by locking everyone down, closing the beaches and parks and wearing silly masks.

Yeah that’s when I turned on him

Also I’m more of a Hemingway fan

Best wishes TulaneLSU!

Friend,

A subtle yet apt metaphor, your broad and insightful knowledge of God's creations is indeed most impressive.

Looking forward to a blessed and early Front Day.

We certainly needed your input on the heat.

Tell us, how's the heat for whore strangling?*

*Allegedly

ETA: Getting rained on again right now. Gusts to near 30mph. This should put us over 5" of rain for the month.

The lows during the summer run 8-10 degrees hotter than the historical averages and have for some time. It’s truly what makes south shore summers miserable - 88+ degree temperatures past midnight.

You are sitting in a concrete bowl surrounded by water. What do you expect? At least you are warm during the winter.

I don't know what's wrong with me. It's hot, but I just don't find it to be that unbearable. I don't work outside, but I have found myself outside more than I typically do in the summer. It must be mental, because I'm fully expecting it to be sweltering hot outside at all times.

On record since the 80s? It’s hot, but it’s summer in Louisiana. These pansies need to grow a pair.

You usually don’t miss but I’ve deducted 50/100 points from you for not using a graph or table for your comparisons. The way your numbers are formatted is unappealing, like an 8 year old wrote it.

You really believe this? This is stupid. Of course we can affect the climate. If Russia, China and America all set off their entire stockpile of nuclear bombs it would radically change the climate.
