New Orleans is trending up.

Crime is down, real estate prices are up, the vibe is one of positive outlook. The city is on a definite upswing. If you didn’t move here in the last 10 years you are probably priced out Baw.

My favorite experiences in New Orleans are when I am in the company of friends from another part of the country and I have to translate for them in their interactions with fellow Americans ostensibly speaking the same tongue. What a joke. Trending up though.
