Funny how well off and better Texas and Mississippi were after hurricane relief.
New Orleans looks worse than it did before. Lot of crooks. People still choose to live there and give them money thru taxes tho.

The worst thing that will happen is another down grade of the city’s bond rating. The amount of interest is going to be insane. Hampers any new municipal projects and scares off a lot of potential investors. frick Teedy, frick Mitch the Bitch. They destroyed any improvements post Katrina.
