There was a line out the door all weekend at Dartel’s, let’s not act like one St Patrick’s day party is going to be the whole reason the state shuts down, cause it not

I if I don’t get it then explain it to me.

Why should the government be suspending people’s personal freedoms right now rather than simply encouraging people to use those freedoms responsibly and why is the suspension of rights absolutely necessary?

You would’ve been helping to round up and throw your Jewish neighbors into Nazi vans wouldn’t you?

Anything to keep the SS out of your life, right?

I agree...it was very selfish what they did..But you have to take into account that these numbers are high because of Mardi Gras.. Mardi Gras was a petri dish for the virus...

They've done that and people are still gathering and not taking the recommendations seriously. If they're undermining the containment of the virus then government WILL step in.

I'm 29 and in good health. So yeah, I'm expecting to survive. I guess it's possible I don't, in that case it's survival of the fittest.

I don't have a problem with events that thin the herd.

That’s okay, just sit back. Because every day going forward will be thousands of people driving over to pack the monstrous incubation tubes in the CBD and returning home to spread it there. Every fricking day.

haven't they already encouraged people to stop the group gatherings and such? And predictably, most didn't listen.

The ol' "call them a Nazi" debate strategy. Bold choice.

Correct. So Why should the government be suspending people’s personal freedoms right now rather than simply encouraging people to use those freedoms responsibly and why is the suspension of rights absolutely necessary?

this is what they've been basically doing

quote:

Why should the government be suspending people’s personal freedoms right now

people weren't "using those freedoms responsibly" as you stated

quote:

why is the suspension of rights absolutely necessary

same as above

You are a really self centered S.O.B. aren't you. I bet your parents are proud.
