Only get backpay for rhe hours they worked.
Also no guarantee of backpay. The budget has to agree for backpay so it seems trivial. There is a non-zero chance that backpay isn't a thing.

We got to the airport 4 hours before our flight today. We went directly to the clear terminals to finish our registration, and that took maybe 2 minutes. We went back up and checked our bags. No wait at all. Then we went right to the clear line and through the security checkpoint. That took 5 minutes max.
The TSA line was a 2 hour wait from what we were told, so we got to skip that. Our flight is for 12:40, so we’re just relaxing until then. News crews are all set up for the madness though.
We did see quite a few ICE agents, but they were standing around in groups near entryways.

So if I sign up for Clear today, I get 2 months free and I can walk past the 2 hour TSA line? Yeah, that's going to frick up Clear for the next 2 months for sure.

No, it's an MSY and specific terminals at IAH.
Terminal E is a mess. Terminal C is hit or miss.

I've never understood the point of Clear considering I have Pre-Check/Global entry, but if its getting people through that fast I may sign up for the free trial too. I just seeing how this week goes since I don't fly until next week

Just went through at MSY. Took ten minutes from when I walked in and through security. Have clear. Piece of cake.

Yup, once I got the message clear was down I said frick it. Switch flights and driving to San Antonio to fly out of.
