how long do you realistically think said 17 year old serves behind bars for this violent attack

I was in court yesterday for a civil matter. On the docket before me was an 18 year old, charged with murder. The convict was brought in front of the judge in chains and cuffs. The state informed the judge that the DA had not turned over evidence to the state to present to the grand jury. The judge ordered him uncuffed and processed out of the county jail, with the warning that a future grand jury may indict him.

The judge was pissed at the DA

He’s 17. He experienced tremendous racism being born in the 21st century. He was only born 50 years after first black student at LSU

He'll be murdered in the streets before he ever serves prison time.
