Looked him up and the weed doctor went to med school in the Caribbean. What a joke.

This place is asking for a raid out of nothing but spite. Heck, Texas can't even leave CBD outfits alone.

they really don’t. Giving this state more money will solve nothing. They need to learn to manage money or nothing will change

Could have fooled me.

ETA: You are right. I've been out of touch. I thought this state was still running at a deficit. But still, more money never hurt anybody.

Maybe, but he's got him a legit OT 8 real life 9.5.

Exactly, Louisiana ranks around 25th overall in wealth but are still one of the poorest states. Throw in liberal policies and nothing will ever change even with more money.

They already have. The only 9 approved marijuana pharmacies in the state have been paying leases on buildings and paying salaries for months while the start date just continues to get kicked down the road because the only approved manufacturer isn’t ready. It’s a complete clusterfrick but totally expected with this state

ETA that patients will have to completely pay out of pocket for their doctor visits and the products which will be extremely high in cost since insurance cannot pay for federally banned substances.

Depends who you ask. Alot of follks are saying Mike Strain is holding up things. Regardless, as stated, over 4 years after passing the MMJ laws, not one single patient has the product yet. It is a total embarrassment.

Wasn’t it your cousin who died after overdosing by shooting up a single pot?

I'm with you. I think Louisiana will be one of the last 5 states to amend their marijuana laws.

And we were THE LAST state to change drinking age to 21.

Is that irony? seems like it but I'm no expert like Alanis Morissette.

Worse. He “vaped” it

And they just left him in a field to die

A recent VA study showed marijuana could reduce opioid usage by up to 50%.

Before I got clean, I was prescribed 120 eight mg Subutex a month. Those go for $20/apiece on the street.

Also was simultaneously prescribed Adderall, Klonopin and Ambien - and drank vodka and smoked both weed and synthetic daily.

Have over 2 1/2 years clean now.

I don’t care if they legalize it or not, but smoking and/or opiate replacements aren’t the answer for this problem.

Once you’re detoxed, it’s on you to stay clean...with no bullshite excuses.
