The wife and I are shopping for a new king sized mattress. I'm looking at Tempur-Pedic, but I hear they can be a little hot to sleep on. Any other suggestions?

Have a tuft and needle. To me more comfortable than my parents tempurpedic which costs 10x as much

When I built my house a year ago, I bought all new mattresses for our beds. All 3 kids got Tuft and Needle...the wife & I (no pics) got the purple mattress. I would highly recommend both. There are a ton of excellent mattresses out there right now that ship straight to the house.

use my coupon code,$75 off a Casper. Best thing i have ever slept on.

I did extensive research on all online mattress companies: tuff and needle, purple, Ghostbed, Cocoon Hill.

I went with casper and im glad i did.

I'd go with one of the internet memory foam mattress brands if you are leaning that direction.

I'm glad I steered away from that and went hybrid foam/spring by sterns and foster.

Bigger decision for me was to go with a Glideaway ComfortBase Ascend Adjustable. The patented tilt design to it helps a lot with my sinus issues.

Get the breeze model, not hot at all. Best $$$ I have ever spent, hands down.

We just bought a Sapira (by Leesa). It’s one of those hybrid, memory foam/coil internet beds. It comes with a 100 day trial period. We’ve had it about a month and are returning it. It’s ok, but definitely nothing to brag about. We previously had a Simmons Beautyrest Black. We are going to probably end up going with one of the hotel mattresses (Hilton or Westin)

We bought a memory foam mattress off amazon, and it's awesome and way cheaper than tempur-pedic or casper. So cheap that before you dismiss it, buy one and try it out. if you don't like it, you have a new guest bed mattress, and then you can buy the expensive bed.
