There are actual people that have seen all the evidence of this that think this wasn't a murder? Racism is alive and well I guess

Yes, Ahkbar was trespassing and had no business on that property.
Was it proven he was trespassing. Simply going on another’s property without permission is not trespassing.
Georgia law. Was Arbery trespassing. He may have, he nay have not. LINK

A link to all the evidence or yo a report or article where someone with all the evidence has opined?

plus there are videos of multiple people walking through the property. Nothing was stolen and the owner of the property had no issues.

GBI: ‘Sufficient probable cause’ for arrest of father, son in shooting death of Ahmaud Arbery
quote:
“Again, I can’t speak on behalf of what anyone else sees or doesn’t see about a case but I will tell you that we base our decisions on two things: one are facts and the other is the law. Whatever the facts are, we apply the law to it. If the law says what the facts are is a felony murder, then we take the warrants for it. I’m very comfortable in telling you there’s more than sufficient probable cause in this case for felony murder," said Director Vic Reynolds.
quote:
“I can tell you that if we didn’t believe it, we wouldn’t have arrested. If we believe it, then we’re going to put the bracelets (handcuffs) on them and that’s exactly what we did yesterday evening. When it is handed over to Mr. Durden for ultimate prosecution, it will be complete; it will be done, and every stone will be turned over. I promise you,” said Director Vic Reynolds, Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

Did he pay for that water source?
I’m certainly not fully buying into the “he was a jogger stopping for water” narrative, but you’re grasping at straws with this comment. Are you suggesting that someone “stealing water” out of a tap, at a construction site where you have no financial stake or ownership, justifies an armed citizen’s arrest?

Well, of course. Submit to my way of thinking or you’re a racist!
After making a complete and utter fool of yourself last night, so much so that the mods anchored the thread out of pity , I would think you would bow out gracefully. But here you are like a moth to a flame.

Am I a racist if I point out he was trespassing?
Are you saying that justifies the actions of the man and his boy to get in their truck, armed in order to go chase down the trespasser?

The homeowner is being advised by his lawyer to ratchet down his responses in order to avoid being taken down by the SJW crusade
*Started out by saying he has $2500 worth of items stolen (which was why he installed surveillance)
*Then released videos of multiple trips at night by the accused trespassing on his property
*Went from claims of remodeling to a new build
*And now the late night jogger was just thirsty. Six different times. After it was dark. In October.
I am no longer buying anything the homeowner's lawyer is selling, at this point

Its an established neighborhood
If you go to Google Maps, there is not one construction on Satilla Dr. Then if you switch to street view, you have to go back to 2014 to even find an empty lot

He first claimed it was a remodel then said it was new construction?

Apparently in the state of Georgia, you can go onto a property like a construction site unless you are explicitly told you are forbidden or you are there to commit a crime (thieving). The video of him I saw showed no theft. Meaning, it was a murder. They had no legal grounds to apprehend him.

He started claiming it was a new build only after it was brought out that the crime for Arbery would be more severe due to his repeated entry into a dwelling, not a construction
quote:
"dwelling" is defined as a "building which regularly or intermittently is occupied by a person lodging therein at night, whether or not a person is actually present." United States v. Adams, 2009 U.S. App. LEXIS 25866 (9th Cir. Or. Nov. 25, 2009)

Or because it was never a remodel like some people lied about.
