New girlfriend having untethered/unsupervised rifling session in your room

My roommate left for the Thanksgiving break and will be gone til some time next week.
He recently started "courting"- his words, not mine- a girl who I hardly know. She seems like a fine young lady, but is very involved with an Evangelical super-church in Baton Rouge.
Said roommate used to be quite a partier, including a partaker of the devil's lettuce and had the requisite glass collection.
Since beginning the courtship in question, he has/had cut back a great deal and seems to be making an earnest attempt at bettering himself for this girl.
This is the backstory, but the dilemma I am seeking advice about is this: his new lady friend- let's call her Egg- texted me a few days ago with a request. She wants to come over on Saturday morning and "clean up and redecorate" his room as a surprise.
I don't know what is in his room, I can only speculate, but I would ideally remain completely hands off. Egg is pretty persistent in her requests.
What would the OT do? Feel free to float me some worst case scenarios?

A. That would be a serious breach of etiquette and the man code. I mean, the Golden Rule would be - "Would you want that if the roles were reversed?" Of course not.
B. I might consider talking to him on the sly. "Hey, buddy - your gal wants to surprise you by cleaning and redecorating your room. If you're cool with it, or if you need me to hide a couple of things first, I can let her. Otherwise, I can play it that you're funny about that and you didn't even like it when your mom did it."
That takes it out of your hands and gives you an out either way that he is likely to back. You don't owe her shite, baw.

Of course, it sounds like the bitch is crazy and bad for him in the long run. Could plant some shite and let her have at it then deny knowledge. She dumps him, you save his arse, and it' all her fault.

Glad I never had roomates like you, just call your roomate and if he has nothing to hide he gets his room cleaned if not you can hide his shite and he still gets his room cleaned or if he says no way you figure out a way to cover for him.

Also if they are "courting" she is bat shite crazy, probably has a crazy family, and she wants to dig through his room like a detective not surprise him.
