Not really surprised. This guy seems to have been destined for this job, he hasn't stayed in one place too long.
Seems like he had some good ideas for Jefferson Parish but wish he might have stayed to see them through.

I agree. I have a child in an Advanced Studies Academy and seemed he was trying to do some good things for the system. Took a survey online last night. One of the proposals was for an 11 month school year which I absolutely support.

I've heard he is a good guy. Shame JP is losing him so quickly. Hopefully the foolishness in BR doesn't eat him up.
