I prefer to be intentionally and frustratingly vague in response to questions. You'll get asked the same question 20 times in different ways, so it's fun. You have to be careful, because they can and will write (and fabricate) whatever they want in their police report. Intentionally omitting pertinent information happens in basically every arrest in the United States. I've never been arrested when that didn't happen.

How often are you questioned by the police about crimes?

I would bet an absurdly large amount of money that no cop has ever lied in a report about you. You admitted that youre a dumbshit who talks to cops without a lawyer and that you enjoy playing with them by trying to give them tricky answers.

Long story short, you're a dumbshit who the cops have caught in lies, so you've been locked up and are pissed about it.

And no I'm not worried about your knuckles.

In the two Making a Murderer docs, everyone seems to focus on the particulars of that case (i.e. whether they are actually guilty or not) but I think the more important focus should be that there are motives which create unfair 'justice'.

It's obvious that there needs to be someone to convict, even if there is no evidence that points towards a specific person. The public 'demands' that the killer is arrested and eventually found guilty. This leads to the prosecutor and local law enforcement doing everything they can to find someone. If some poor schmuck talks too much and doesn't have the means to defend himself competently, then they will use him as a pawn in their game.

I have nothing against cops. I should have been arrested a few times and helping them, being honest and making their job easy, they let me go

As soon as I saw the post, I thought of that video. Solid video. Just be courteous but offer no information.

Have you ever been on the other side of the law? I've certainly seen lies about me and my situation

Not true, because I don't lie to them

Hasn't happened yet

Even told me that they had hidden speed detectors out in the trees seeing how fast people go there. Even said he wouldn't pull them over unless they going 80+ (at this area it is a passing lane for about a mile or two where everyone guns it to get by the semi's.

This reminds me of my last speeding ticket, like 5 yrs ago, and pisses me off still. Ha. Clear example of the "not for safety, but for revenue purposes" crowd.

I spent a saturday night hanging out with a friend up in Sherman TX. I left for home that next morning around 7:30ish, so daylight and pretty open roads. No hurry to get home, so was just a chill ride for the straight shot down 75. Anyway, that stretch of 75 is 80mph, and has legit "left lane for passing only signs." Which is great.

I dont really go 80mph regularly, and I was forced to go that fast. Which wasnt naturally comfortable actually as I was cruising, so I set the cruise control just to be able to. No biggie at 83ish. I passed a couple of really slow cars in the right lane.

Sooooo I'm in the right lane, and I start closing the gap on a semi. Now i'm trying to decide what to do. By the time I get close enough to need get into the left lane to pass him, we start hitting somewhat of a hill. So now we are both going slower than 80, and I press the gas a bit to give me a little boost past him to get back in front and back to cruise. Of freaking course there's a cop at the bottom of the hill clocking people at the peak of the hill. He got me going 85-87 as my momentum started taking me downward.

The cop comes up, and knew I was just passing the semi when he asked...."just trying to pass the semi?".."Yes sir"....cool....here's your ticket. Bastard.

Gave my kids this advice when they became older teens but there is always a dumbass in the group that cancels that advice out.

However, did work for my daughter when she stepped out of a friend's car with a vodka and iced tea. The cop kept asking what was in the cup and she didn't answer the question. Guess there was not enough vodka to smell and he said get the hell out of here.

Or better said....I was going 5-7, on the downslope, over the legal speed limit on a fairly open stretch.

Goes back to the first line of my post douchebag.

You CLEARLY wrote that you were doing 87 MPH so unless the speed limit was 80 then you were going far more than 8 miles an hour over the speed limit.

You can't get mad about a ticket for doing 87 sheesh. You wana get mad, drive through Decatur AR years ago I got a ticket in that little shite hole for doing 29 in a 25.

Since that time the city has been sued for writing too many tickets and lost.

I love watching Live PD but it's so frustrating watching all of the dummies bury themselves time after time. Kind of funny as well.

I love it when cops tell people that getting an attorney is a bad thing and will make them appear guilty.

Imo it should be illegal for a government employee to persuade or attempt to persuade someone to forego a constitutional right.

Guess you didn't watch the video.

I don't need to watch a video on how to act when i get pulled over for speeding in my legal car with all the correct paper work in it. You act like a normal and respectable human being and if they give you a ticket, so be it.

I also don't need to watch a video on how to act around cops when they question me about criminal offenses I may or may not have committed, b/c i'm not a criminal, nor do i put myself in situations where criminal activity may be present.

The amount of downvotes i have gotten is hilarious. Anyone that downvoted, i assume you've dabbled in criminal activity, like a dumbass, or you're a lawyer who represents those dumbass's.

Do you know how many bad guys are off the street due to their own stupidity? Why should the police be required to protect people from themselves ? If you're too stupid to realize a cop is lying when he says "no you're better off without an attorney" then that is his problem.

Protecting them from themselves would be requiring them to get a lawyer or persuading them to get a lawyer before speaking.

Actively telling someone to not get a lawyer because it makes them look guilty is completely different and I suspect you are a dumbass for not seeing that difference.
