Ask Martha Stewart. She went to prison for saying, "I'm not guilty."

I don't know a single person who hasn't had to talk to a cop at some point in their life.

Traffic stop? Yes. Questioned in relation to a crime? No.

police are now simply small pawns in the game of politics, nothing more...

Everyone knows this right?

Cops will tell you not to talk to the cops. Most of the shite they dig up is because retards just ramble on and on.

What if my job is to ask if they want glazed or with sprinkles? Still never?
Still never.
If they said sprinkles and you gave them sprinkles in addition to glazed, and they only wanted sprinkles, you would be disobeying an officer of the law. Simply a mrmeaner but still against the law which could give you trouble down the road.

It is crazy that they do not have the best interest of the citizens that they are supposed to protect, but instead have the most interest in creating revenue and meeting quotas, which all revolves around $$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Alright dumbass.

So how do you respond to an initial "yes/no" question when an officer pulls you over?? Or the "know why I pulled you over?"

I do'nt think they are talking about routine traffic stops here. and yes, you can talk you're way out of a that.
What they are talking about is being a criminal. That doesn't apply to normal people that don't go around being a fricking dumbass.
That video, which i didn't watch, based on some of the idiotic comments in this thread, appears to be a message for dumbasses to help them spend less time in jail after they do something stupid.

I'm guessing you'd rather suck off a cop, not talk to him.

Agreed. No innocent person has ever been convicted, much less charged, with a crime they didn't commit.

I feel like I've watched this once before, but will probably check it out again.

In every instance in which I received only a warning, I had freely admitted my guilt and apologized. So I think in regards to a mere traffic stop, it’s worth a try to be honest and apologetic. Pleading the 5th on the side of the road is a guaranteed ticket.

quote:So what is the point of speed traps and hiding in residential neighborhoods trying to catch people who don't come to a complete stop at a 3way or 4way stop? Surly they aren't doing those things to increase revenue and are only doing it to protect us all. Dumbass fig.
Alright dumbass.

I am referring to talking to police in reference to a possible crime committed. Not a moving violation.
Even with the example of the cop above with the 2 guys. Still would not have said anything but identify myself and ask for my legal representation. Let the lawyer explain it to the prosecutor why his conviction rate will be lower on actually prosecuting the case.
At the time of talking with the cop you have zero idea whether he is cool or not...so why take the chance.

Bullcrap. I've let people off who convinced me they didn't do something or gave me enough to make me doubt what I thought I knew.
It's still an awful overall strategy despite a few exceptions.
