Dating in your 50s sucks.
There's a lot of unhappy women, too, and they can carry baggage around.

I’m not sure how I feel about that. Most women don’t begin to get their head together until 30, and by that time they’ve had a chance to let the crazy phase surface or not. 20-25 sound like real fun, but there’s usually a real cost that comes with that too, and the older you get the less tolerance you have for that kind of drama.

I’ve dated over a 38 year range. The women I’ve fallen in love with haven’t been on the lower end of that scale. It depends on what YOU value. And the human heart is a mystery.

My comments don't contradict this. Not sure if you're agreeing or not. I agree with your statement, but I simply don't see it in practice. I see socioeconomic arrangements largely absent of lots of value discussions.
But it seems very few people present themselves as a seeker of values and more or less looking for the socioeconomic match (i.e. college, white collar, similar yuppie lifestyles and consumer habits).
With enough money of material you could possibly fill an entire lifetime of a relationship with a long chain of dopamine hits in the form of consumer purchases (cars, homes, etc.) And vacations.

Women in their 30 - 40s are hottest in my opinion. Hell, the women who hit the gym regularly and eat healthy look good into their 60s now as long as they didnt get fillers.
