I'm very much for the First Ammendment, but using the roads for anything other than driving should be handled promptly. Now, I will say that the police could have arrested the people blocking traffic before bulldozing the roadblock, but hey, I'll file that under the "creative license" folder.

Like I said, these guys DNGAF (suing the tribe is pretty pointless) . The burners spend at shitload of money at Native stores on the way to the Black Rock Desert, and if their Tribal bosses told them to get that sorted out those guys will do it forthwith.
