Good god you are a stupid person. Can you provide some statistics to back your question? Do your statistics on drug use come from the EPA? Did you read the thread about this kid living in one of the better suburbs of Atlanta and attending a very expensive private school?

If anyone wants to listen to a quick pod regarding the opiate epedimic, “the daily” released one today and yesterday. Great listens. I knew a lot of the info already as a recovering heroin addict being to treatment so many times etc. defenitly a good listen though.

Just wanted to say that even though I don't know you, I'm proud of you, man. Keep on fighting and holding on to life.

Cabell county WV has 15x the opiod overdose rate as Oakland county Michigan which borders Detroit BTW. Shitty areas filled with stupid, weak people do drugs. Strong, productive areas aren't filled with drug users. You don't see Asian kids overdosing on drugs. They also have the highest educational attainment etc. Coincidence?

Lots of people in the "Treatment Industry" are former drug using losers.

Why is that? Why do we allow losers to dictate how we spend tax dollars?
Maybe we should have ex cons work in law enforcement? I mean they've been there and all.

Not a SJW at all. But, do we treat drug use as a "disease" because typically white kids are involved? Would we collectively view it the same if it was Dindus overdosing in record numbers?

I just think you have wrong information. I work in the treatment industry. Most of our clients come from middle to upper class families. It effects all walks of life period.

Written by a guy who has lived it and is currently at the front line of fighting it.

As others have said I commend you lsuguy13... I can only imagine the depth of that struggle

Lol

At this point, you gotta be trolling.

Listen whatever you say about me, I don’t give a shite. At the end of the day I’ve prob been through more shite than you can dream about and made it on the other side. And now I get to dedicate my life to helping people that struggle with substance abuse. If you or a loved one is struggling with this disease, please reach out, I’ll try and help them in anyway I can.

I’m going to sleep. Goodnight and God bless

Thanks BP, I don’t know your relationship with your neighbors but if you talk to them and they need resources or someone to talk to that can help them understand what to expect email me (username @ Gmail) and I’ll gladly give them a call or give them my number.

You don't get credit for stopping doing drugs. You shouldn't have done it to begin with.

I screengrabbed earlier. I’ll definitely offer you up as a resource since you’re open to it. Appreciate it.

Hmmm. Time to decriminalize all drugs

You don't get a pat on the back for no longer doing drugs. You're not supposed to do drugs in the first place.
I cannot believe we have become this weak as a society.
