Neighborhood Issues

On the wonderful world of Facebook, yes that’s the first problem, dude makes a post on our neighborhood group and it’s a picture of a park bench that’s been vandalized. It’s mostly racial, “if you’re black go back”, “figs”, “trump ‘17”, and “Muslims must die” also with a few illustrations of some peckers. Now obviously this is a bunch of kids doing this, it’s the weekend and kids do dumb shite. These adults on FB are losing their F’ing minds wanting to get the FBI involved, police, saying we have tons of racist neighbors, yadda yadda yadda, “If i catch who did this, it’ll be the end of them” One dad claimed. 
Just some kids that need their arse whipped, nothing more. Thoughts?
ETA: It has been erased with Acetone already, yet another golden comment was, “Although the writing was erased, the racism will live forever.”

Why does this matter? How on earth have we made being “racist” (which now just means you don’t bow down to everything a loud mouth SJW wants you to.) the worst thing ever?
News flash, everyone’s a little bit racist. Having prejudices is a defense mechanism. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be around people like you. That’s how humanity survived.
This modern thinking that bans “improper thoughts” is far more dangerous than some graffiti.

Tell them to round up all of the neighborhood kids and have them meet at the park. Tell the kids that the police have surveillance video and that they are planning to prosecute the offenders as adults. However, if the person who did it steps forward and admits, they'll get off by only having to apologize and clean the bench. After the kid steps forward, label his/her parents as the neighborhood racists and continue to perpetuate that label until they move and take their shithead kid with them. Or just ignore Facebook.

You never know when it comes to teenagers, it might be some black kids writing that shite laughing at the outrage. I remember in high school, me and some other dude wrote on our desk some shite like "I hate crackas" or some shite like that and it got around that there were black writing on desk that they hate white people, etc. We never told anyone we did it... At the time we thought it was funny, but everyone else was worked up.

Our neighborhood picnic table was stolen so there is no chance of this ever happening now.
