Neighborhood HOA halloween plans?

My hood only has 1 road in. A couple neighborhood baws will be blocking that entrance with f250s and creating a checkpoint around 7 pm when trick or treating starts. Will have to provide proof of residence or proof you were invited by a resident. They will be armed and vehicles are subject to search for stowaways and contraband.
We did this last year and it worked out well, not a single undesirable rang my doorbell.
