The only time I said yes was over some roaming and threatening pitt bulls. I fired at two dogs in my backyard, walked out the back, warned the neighbor with shotgun in hand. They called the law.
The law agreed with me. They got fined and ticketed. Dogs got termed dangerous and next incident will be put down. No more dog issues.
That would be stressful...

Sounds like you should start deciding to enjoy your trailer view then.
If he is aggressive as you say. he only going to backdown to someone equally aggressive and defiant. You got to be smart about it though.
Inviting him to dinner means you already lost.

Meh, more of an annoyance than issue. Frustration warranted, you pay an association to not to have to handle personally.
Just seems trivial and not worth the emotional bandwidth, personally speaking.

Jill the city ordinances compliance officer told me both trailers will be moved...
No option...
Fines until he submits...
The big trailer is gone as of yesterday...
Little trailer will be fun to watch...I bet he pushes back...
Whats funny is...she came out for the big trailer...she couldn't park anywhere but at his driveway...
Thats when she learned he was violating 2 ordinances...
So now...it looks he will be able to park his new truck on his Driveway after that trailer is moved or sold....

100% agree...
If Hoa was strong this wouldn't be an issue...send them a quick note and its over...
They asked me to call the city..."for back up"
Then I felt I should be honest with him after I learned he was being written up...but someone else beat me to it...
Its all crazy timing...may God grant me grace in all of this...
I want peace with my neighbor...
It is what it is

That's great. He still gonna whoop your butt though since you volunteered yourself as tribute.
What you going to do when he comes confront you? Offer him cocktail weenies?

What's an HOA? In my hood we just pass laws stating how many statues you can have in your yard.
I'm dead serious.

Well here is the thing... I'm pissed at him and HOA for this situation...and i feel he owes all of us an apology...that won't happen...
I am peaceful type and taking the high road......but I do have a switch of my own
When the law is on my side...im a tough out if you're being a defensive arse...
Hopefully he watches his remarks...

If it a diesel put about 5 gallons of gas in it, that will help it run better so he can move the trailer away from the neighborhood. Don’t let him see you do it though.

The question I have is how much shite is your wife giving you about this?
Posted on 1/9/22 at 6:05 am to Mr Clean
I’d have no problem with the stuff in his driveway. It’s his driveway and he can park what he wants there. If he wants to give up valuable space to a trailer let him.
The stuff parked and sitting in the street would piss me off though. No doubt.
