Like someone else mentioned.. Strip club or Harrahs. That's always a good way to waste time, but you can go somewhere good to eat and don't have to rush, just go walk down Bourbon or something. There are a lot of other things you can do, but if you go down Bourbon and just check out different places.. you can easily burn some time. Go walk through the zoo. What's playing at IMAX? Go walk through the park across from Tulane, go see Tulane's new stadium, the WWII museum, take a ride on a street car, get a hotel room and call up an escort..
