Darwin strikes again.

Here’s a thought retard, leave the fricking snake alone and reduce risk of being bitten by 99.99999%.
You think you’re going to eradicate the world of cotton mouths? Kill that one and another will likely move right in to take its place.

Next time get you fat lazy arse off the sofa and go do your own dirty deeds. I hope the kid takes everything you own.

First,

Second, if I did believe you, I would say your son did nothing wrong other than having a retard for a dad. And I would assume the parents of the kid who got bit would rightfully sue you for all they could get.

Has anyone suggested sending his kid to the other family’s house with a hatchet? Since it’s made up, may as well give ridiculous advice

Dude no offense but you most likely really screwed up. How old were the kids? But you sent two kids to frick with a venomous snake..., I understand you're comfortable with your son dealing with them, but you gave them a hatchet, that means they have to get well with in striking distance to kill the snake.

Now I believe me and my son did nothing wrong and if the kid felt uncomfortable he should have removed himself from the situation.

He is a kid, legally you are responsible, you put him in the situation.

Couldn't agree more. I'm kind of blown away that the OP is naive enough to say he doesn't think he or his kid did anything wrong. You sent a child to kill a venomous snake, with your hatched, on your property, under your supervision and he gets bit? Yea dude, your situation is exactly why we have a personal injury lawyer per every three citizen in this state.
