You said it on the first page that SHE decided she can't do it anymore. LISTEN CAREFULLY she already has a plan in place and a new man. These women are fricking snakes. Lawyer up and threat this as a business decision. Throw love out the window it is in the past. You take care of your child and YOURSELF. She has a plan in place and probably a lawyer already. She has an amount she is going to get and what she wants. Trust me I never thought the woman I took to senior prom, had 3 kids with, and was married too for 12 years would frick me. She's ending it because it's just not what she had in mine for her future. Threat it like a business and keep and open line of communication with your child. Trust me I learned the hard way DON'T BE THE NICE GUY. Remember she is the one ending it.

All this. I was a dumbass and tried to make it easy as possible on my ex, and I suffered for two years. I stressed out all the time about how I was going to pay my bills. I gave her everything in the house she wanted, so I had to slowly restock everything. I let her have the kids during the week, and I had them every weekend. So she was out living it up, and I was either at work or taking care of my sons.

Don't feel bad or worried about her, cause she damn sure won't be worried about you. She'll be banging some cuck and making his life miserable soon enough.

fricking this.

I'd say $1200-1500 a month.

none of that game playing shite matters to a judge, treat it like a business decision, take care of the kid, don't let her or the flawed legal system take part of your soul

How did you prove it? My brother in law caught his wife cheating. Had pictures of them laying in the bed naked and also laying on the couch together naked. He was told that is still not proof of infidelity.....

Pictures (including her sucking his dick), emails, texts. And that is bullshite if that isn't proof. He needs a better lawyer.

Plus, mine is in the military. If it weren't for the kids and the money from her, she'd have lost everything. Almost did until I was reminded that the money from her would be for the kids and their support. Bit my tongue and didn't report her.

No, cause all he gets are my leftovers. He's the one that sleeps with the woman that I have done everything imaginable to. He's the one eating the snatch that I filled with cum over and over. He'll never feel her still tight before she had my children.

Everything you said was the same shite I dealt with. Funny thing is now my ex wife's life is a shitshow and I just
4 bf's 1 husband later I just stay the frick out of her business. I have great relationships with all 3 of my now grown kids because I kept the drama out of my life after the divorce and kept a open line of communication with them just in case the ex would talk shite about me. Life does get better.

Been there and done it, but I got custody of the kids and she was stuck paying me child support. Keep records of every phone call, every text and every time you meet with her for any and every reason.. And get you a good lawyer. Good luck on this one, I think I am one of the very very few men who has gotten custody and child support from the ex-wife, even though she is about 10,000 behind she does not bother me she got warrants out.

Oh and another thing:

Never be alone in a room with her again if you can help it. Women can easily claim all sorts of bad things happened when they were alone with their soon to be ex.

It is hard, but you are no longer dealing with a person who cares about you on any meaningful level. You have to protect yourself.

It's not a one-size-fits-all approach for everyone. It's a case-by-case basis and not everyone is in the same boat.
