Berry Punch or Mangosteen Madness.

What would you suggest for someone who is low carb? I wouldn't use a Smoothie as a meal replacement, so anything under 5 carbs? I can only eat less than 20 carbs a day.
I keep my fruit intake low.
I mostly make protein shakes at home with Isopure 0 carb protein powder and add spinach, heavy cream, raw egg etc. Would be nice to run into the Smoothie King down the street when I'm lazy.

That’s why it’s called a weight gain smoothie. I posted a few of its purposes earlier.

Peach Slice Plus is great, but don't kid yourself about it being healthy.

So if a smoothie has 100 calories, 54% of those are because of the sugar. If it’s an added ingredient it can be left out. 1 serving of turbinado is 100 calories and 23 carbs. In case I wasn’t clear, it can be left out. In a pint of blue bell, if it’s 300 calories, 120 of it is due to the sugar. That’s how that works.
Let's talk about how it really works...
The majority of smoothies don't have added sugars, so they can't be left out. On the "Slim Blends" menu, only 1 out of 18 listed can be "made skinny". Yep, 1 out of 18 (Angel Food) can have the added sugar left out.
Here's the funny part...
When you "Make it skinny" and don't add extra sugar, you still get 52 grams of sugar in that 250 calorie smoothie. There are 4 calories in a gram of sugar. 208 calories out of a total of 250 calories come from sugar.
Smoothie King Angel Food "Make it skinny" smoothie: 83% of calories come from sugar.
Milky Way chocolate bar: 60% of calories come from sugar.
It's candy, baw.

Keto diet--less than 20 carbs a day. I eat eggs, butter, basically any kind of meat, bacon, cheese etc... Veggies are spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, avocados etc.
Nuts in moderation are ok, like almonds, pecans, macadamia.
Basically if it has a ton of fat, I can eat it.

So without the added sugar what makes up the remaining sugar content would be the natural sugars found in the fruit.
Banana contains around 14G of sugar, and strawberries around 10G. Smoothie King strawberries do contain a syrup that has added sugar so that probably adds the extra 30G. Natural sugars break down easily in the body, and do not turn into fat cells as processed sugars do.
It is my understanding via following Smoothies Kings press releases that they are eliminating all added sugar by the end of the year from 80% of their smoothies. Reformualting many proteins, and moving to more whole fruit, and eliminating the syrup in strawberry.
