Oh, wrong Chris. Thank you. If you’re there and you see the SK trailer hooked to a truck, I’m there.

I know them both. We’ve all 3 been there for a good while. A or C? I like them both. Always nice and helpful.

Used to drink the Gladiator until I realized it had weight gain mix in it. Man that bad boy was good, but not good enough to justify 1,500 calories.

Whatever you get make sure you are near a toilet for the next few hours. You'll be firing mud at the back of the bowl.

Every smoothie they serve should come with a complementary roll of Charmin.

Gladiator doesn’t have weight gain powder. That’s the hulk. Gladiator has 45 grams of protein, 1 carb, and only 167 calories before you add anything.

Hulks are typically recommended for those with fast metabolism, body builders, people who burn thousands of calories daily like lawn maintenance professionals or construction workers or really thin people.

Don't waste $9 dollars and just buy a bad of ice then possibly add flavoring to it.

WRONG. You can get ANY smoothie without turninado. The strawberries don’t come in a syrup anymore. Plenty of smoothies are turb free to begin with. Just ask for it sugar free or to be made “skinny”. You can ask for a nutritional guide or find this info online. Source? Me. I own three Smoothie Kings. ETA: most of our fruits are the actual fruits now and not the juice concentrates.

I just went to the official site and got the nutritional information. I took all 18 smoothies on the "Slim Blends" menu and averaged them out.

Smoothie King Slim Blend smoothie: 54% of calories come from sugar

Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream: 40% of calories from sugar

Snickers Chocolate Bar: 40% of calories from sugar

Conclusion: Smoothies are candy.

So if a smoothie has 100 calories, 54% of those are because of the sugar. If it’s an added ingredient it can be left out.

1 serving of turbinado is 100 calories and 23 carbs. In case I wasn’t clear, it can be left out.

In a pint of blue bell, if it’s 300 calories, 120 of it is due to the sugar. That’s how that works.
