Need Recommendations for a Good Smoking Slipper

I’m furious; movers lost my Champ DeGuere velvet smoking slippers (or more likely stolen). The company stopped making custom shoes in the early 2000s, and you can only get them in Paris, anyway.

Looking for some recommendations on a good pair to use as house slippers. Soft velvet is preferred, but anything that breaks-in easily and is comfortable will do.
