I had an uncle with lung problems go thru something similar
That’s good at least but it is quite a process. You have to get a ct or several so they know what to go after, they can maybe biopsy there or thru a separate bronchoscopy procedure. At the end they will need a thoracic surgery
Long story short make sure your paper work is up to date for Medicare or Medicaid or whatever it is you qualify for. There should be someone at the hospital or facility of sorts that can help you
