BR or Denham area. I've used Midas in the past, but see if there may be other options

Be a man and do it yourself! Am I doing this right?

Honestly, if it's just the pads, it's not that hard.

Brakes are pretty easy repair/installation. Any repair shop can do it. I'd call around to some local shops before I go to Midas. Get prices with parts included and with purchasing on your own.

Are they providing the lube, or do you have to provide yourself?

I ordered pass and rotors for my front brakes on my Tundra last week for $160 from RockAuto

I use a family oil change place in Breaux Bridge for whatever I can. I bring them the pads and they charge $90 an axle. I'd ask around as I'm sure there is a decent spot in your area that does similar deals.

Honestly, was that part of some "deal" you got when you purchased the car? Like the "free oil changes for the life of the car" type thing?
I have NEVER found a dealership repair price that was less than quotes from locally owned shops. Please note, I'm not calling Midas and Pep Boys type places "locally owned", I'm talking about places like Bubba's Car Repair.

Autoclown doesn't count as a dealership....

It's not that tough. I just did brakes/rotors on my kid's car. $130 in parts, 2 hour job.

I've always been really happy with Express Care Automotive on Sherwood. Used them for both major & minor repairs on my old car.
