If I am reading this right, the bracelet is a new gift for your late mom? Why force this new thing to be something for him. Use what she loved to be meaningful to him. Maybe it was shoes, a hat, favorite necklace, whatever it was. Why introduce something new when there has to be another object that has meaning

ou could likely find a jeweler or metalsmith who would be able to work with that.
Except bronze is pretty soft, isn't it? Even if you put it in the handle of a knife, hatchet, or keychain, it's going to get dinged up fast. Maybe OP could get it cast in lucite or acrylic for his dad to carry with him while he hunts, or put above the mantle?

You certainly have a good point. All things to ponder. If I get it incorporated into something for him, it will be a while before we gift that item to him.

I think that’s very thoughtful of you, but when my kids asked what they should get for their grandmother I suggested they pick up the phone on a regular basis and call and talk to her and tell her you love her, she just doesn’t really need any things at this point.

bronze is very durable, but it can be brittle...that's why i suggested using it as a decorative inlay rather than on its own...

I asked ChatGPT.
A keychain with the bracelet metal woven in.
Watch band replacement
Wallet or card holder with embedded pieces
Custom pen
Frame a tiny piece in something he will see daily
Bottle opener
