need help identifying baby snake.

My son was playing near some leaves in our back yard and I looked down and saw this guy. Went to further investigate and it crawled into a hole. Just a rat snake or something worse?

Hard to tell from that pic - but it looks to be some type of rat snake.

Its an Arabian ground claw. They are rare, especially in the US.. Since 1873 only 3 have been seen.. Call wild life & fishery or bring it to the local university.
