I will, but that will take a while to actually reflect on my credit. Some company may not even report the payment. I need a apartment within the next two weeks.

That doesn’t help me right now.

Check our Waddell Nejam (Nejam Properties). He’s got several properties in the Belhaven area that are pretty nice.

You have bad credit. Are a cat person and are going to be living in sin with a woman.

Sheesh

Biggest laugh I’ve had in weeks. Thanks for that.

No rentals in Madison. We don’t want trash here.

But rentjackson.com has a couple of ridgeland properties. He’s a small time private landlord I used a long time ago.

There are rentals in madison, but they have to put up some huge deposit. Rules written to basically prevent them.

Renting is hard in Jackson Metro without paying out your butt. Go out in country outside Florence/ clearly heights area. They have bunch of single unit apartments that a bunch of just ole baws own. I don’t think they care about your credit score. They will just beat your butt for not paying.

I mean. I have the money to pay……I don’t mind paying a lot. It’s the getting approved part that’s kicking my arse

Your parents would rather die than co-sign so you can live in a safe area with potable water?

I was there last year and it's already getting shady.

Perfect example of the city creeping into once-nice suburbs and turning them into buffer zones for the next suburb

Yeah Ridgeland is ghetto-ish now l. I’ll be brave and say it’s never going to happen to Brandon. No way.

Good luck…. A friend just went through this trying to find a place that would take his dog (shepherd mix) because most of the rentals there are corporate owned and wouldn’t.
About 75% of all available rentals were owned by the same corporate company.
Best bet is to contact a realtor in the area, as they usually have better leads on private LL. We just walked into a real estate office in Madison and they were very helpful.

I didn't have THAT much trouble finding a place to rent a mere 3 years after filing bankruptcy. Shady boy!

Give him a break. With all the shite the gov has done to frick landlords, they are vetting hard.

Seems like Canton and Gluckstadt are the areas where there’s a lot of growth

This

most realtors will have the leads on open private properties with the same portals they use for houses for sale. they get a small commission on the first month rent if you go through them to find one

If you don’t pay your bills, why would I rent a house to you?
