I would ask this question on LSU student Facebook pages. You will get a lot of shite posts here.
You might want to consider living at West Campus for your first year. It’s on campus so you can walk to all your classes if you don’t have a car. And you will have time to familiarize yourself with local area. The West Campus apartments are nothing special, but it was good enough for me for 2 years.

University is pretty social in UK, everyone drinks at age 18 and goes nightclubs so getting girls is not that hard

Nicholson gateway is probably best for your situation. Make sure to hit up Splash nightclub for the hot women
