Honestly, you've done every thing by the book to this point. Well done for someone in 4th grade.
Definitely send flowers and a sorry note with it. Perhaps even some heart shaped candy that spells out her name. She will be in your bed before you know it.

The truth is you should have dropped her off and ended with maybe a kiss. She would have spent the whole night wondering why you didn't make a move, forgetting that she told herself she would not have sex with you that night, and she probably would have been texting you Saturday wanting to hang out. Assuming the rest of the date went really well.
