That’s a red flag, wish you knew who reached out to who about staying first. And if they are comfortable living in the same apartment then they obviously are friendly and have been talking, texting, messaging. Honestly I wouldn’t be ok with it, considering the past sex. Regardless it could be innocent - but that’s no respect for you. It’s 2020 and girls think they can get away with bullshite. If she’s special and you care about her, tell her how you feel and you’d rather him not stay there. And if she gets mad or fights you about it, then she doesn’t respect you ultimately no matter what she says. Best just cut the loss man. Too many women in the see to put up with that.
