To be fair when we were growing up 80s and 90s, how much about SEALs did people here beyond the hell training?
We never really heard too much about the Nam experiences until the mid 90s. Books were pretty under the radar.
Now it seems like every mission has them racing each other to write a book. Do a tour with it, sell the movie rights. It's killed the mystique.
