So a 28 yr old woman suffering from gender dysphoria and probably only getting "gender affirming" medication and not real mental care, because that's not PC was able to purchase multiple firearms to go kill children at the school she went attended. Presumably because the Christian school was "transphobic".

Mental illness and the coddling and refusal to admit problems or provide actual assistance to those suffering from mental illness is the biggest problem in our country. Stop fighting proxy wars and giving billions and billions in aid to prop up foreign countries. Use that money to protect our children and provide actual mental healthcare to those in our country who are endangering not only themselves but innocent and at times the most innocent among us.

those mental health professionals will be on the government payroll. That's the problem

Every leftist's wet dream would be gun control for those "crazy righties" while their voters, you know, the ones that commit the VAST MAJORITY of gun crimes, walk around free to do what they please.

The government would never go to the ghetto to get illegal guns. They will go to the suburbs in red states first.

inner city schools already have terrible funding

Google pics of ATL inner city schools. Some of the nicest in country. Higher teacher funding than many suburban counties.

And if that seems to "far-fetched" to someone....

During covid lockdowns, you could gather in incredibly large crowds to protest but you could not gather in Church with only a few dozen others. You do not want politicians deciding who gets to do what.....and that goes for either side.

Yes, people who can afford to live in a home valued at 700k just have to be crazy nasty people.

We can both help the good people of Ukraine AND fight mental illness at the same time. One does not take away from the other.

We're about to have all their young men killed, I don't think they appreciate that.

the house looks pretty average. Not a shite-hole but also not a "this is a well-off family" look.

that's what a 700k house looks like in that area. Her parents probably bought it for a third of that

but the inner city shitty schools in Atlanta are actually the highest funded per pupil of any other public schools in the state.
This is how it is in most if not all states. The issue is not funding. At times the issue is the funding reaching the schools as there is a lot of six figure administration positions in these districts and schools.

There is also the unspoken element of the communities not valuing education. If a community values sports, there is an emphasis and desire to be good at sports. If a community values respect, there is a emphasis and desire to not be 'disrespected'. If a community values education, there is an emphasis and desire to be well educated.

There are too many broken communities. There are too many broken homes. There are too many broken morals. There are too many broken people.

All this and our elected officials and there parrots will only care about gun control, or trans are evil. Meanwhile we neglect the communities, neglect the home, neglect morals, and neglect the people while they funnel money to steal from the people. While they are siphoning money in "foreign aid" things will continue to deteriorate and give them more fodder to get re-elected and continue to grow their wealth. There is no money in fixing America, but billions in tearing it apart.

It’s likely a tear down if that’s the value in that neighborhood. Empty lots go for more.

There are tons of nasty college houses that will be tear downs once sold. All I meant. The nice looking ones that adults have kept up have much higher values. I’m moving on, you have to have knowledge of the area to understand. Not trying to be confrontational. Not important.

The house could have also been purchased many years ago when the value was much lower.

do you realize how many schools/daycares there are in a city as large as Nashville? There aren't enough cops on the police force to require multiple cops at every school at all times.

There are 162 public schools in metro Nashville. We can't hire 300 or 400 more police to work at those schools?

Many large city police departments are already short. My city is down over 200 officers at the moment. We're currently advertising on NYC subways for their officers to move here.
