Was the plane the person's personal plane and his flag? Or was this an advertising agency? That makes a difference. If it was an advertising agency ANYBODY could have hired them to fly that flag. And I'm not claiming that all this was fake, just making a point.

Sons of the Confederacy already claimed it as their stunt. The flag was done by an outside group that acknowledged they did it. There are pictures of it and everyone knows it is fact. It happened in the public realm, not on private property like the track where NASCAR is controlling the narrative.
The noose was in a location that only NASCAR personnel has access to and in a place where video surveillance is abundant. It was an inside job of some sort. Should be easy to figure out who it was and show what happened. Instead they just put out this woke statement.

According to a post above someone claimed responsibility on the flag, so this is moot. But my point was that a black person could have hired someone to fly that flag to spread fake racism. This wasn't the case obviously.
