No shite, I just accepted a job with a very liberal company (the benefits available to me made me swallow my conservative pride) and they offer two 20 minute nap breaks throughout the day in addition to lunch breaks and regular 15 minute breaks.

When I was WFH, I would take naps between training and meetings.

I get an hour for lunch. I bring my lunch, so I am done eating in 20 minutes. So I go chill in my truck for half an hour or so. I may or may not doze off, but the break from the office is nice.

Sleeping would just make it worse for me

Working from home had changed my nap game BIG time.

I have nodded off during webinars. Some of them are so boring and monotone it's like they're trying to put me to sleep.

Worked with a guy years ago that napped every single day. He'd close the door and lie down right on the carpet in front of his desk. No pillow. I could see his feet through the small window in his door. 30 minutes and not a minute more.
In retrospect, he was the happiest and most relaxed guy I think I've ever known.

The key is to have a cup of coffee before said nap so you wake up ready to go.
Sounds like what I did with adderal in college when I had a 12 hour day. Id set my alarm for 7am, pop one, go back to bed. I’d wake up fricking wired and ready to frick my studies in arse.

A cup of coffee and no more than a 15-20 minute power nap and the energy level goes way up. Did it for years.

I used to nap in my car for 30 minutes or so during lunch.

For me, I get off on my lunch break, smoke a cig/weed cigarette, chow down on my food, go back to work, and go to the cool down tent and take a 30 minute nap

Before I got fired I used to take a nap every day at lunch
