Att has been installing cable left and right using ditch witch conduit tunnelers.

Yeah... they are doing this by my house... kinda neat to watch, actually.

But this isn't AT&T dropping lines. This has to do with traffic signals.

Fiber optics can take weeks if done properly with microtrenchig, but they'll find a way to screw things up

I'd be more upset with the fact that they decided to install a more expensive fiber system instead of a cheaper and easier to upgrade wireless system.
