I drove cheap Altimas so not sure what Premium means but I like the blind spot monitor and remote start to cool it down in the summer.
The heated steering wheel and heated seats on my wife’s Silverado is nice especially right now with the cold temps and the medicine I take makes my hands cold.

As far as premium features go, I can’t live without my heated seat. Really helps the pain from where I broke my tailbone.

You never could've convinced me of this 10 years ago, but the largest screen possible. I love GPS maps but my 57 yr old arse with diminished vision hated not being able to see them clearly while driving. Apple car play is awesome on long drives.
