How old are you? Is the Strip in Lafayette still a thing? Beyond that, there really isn't much else to do. Go up to Opelousas to Evangeline Downs??

So in other words, Louisiana doesn’t offer much to do outside of eating and drinking? There’s gotta be something to do

Lafayette is very much a family town. We like to eat and drink with family. I’m not sure what other “things to do” you are looking for.

The new Rock and Bowl downtown would be fun

The place is amazing. I know the owner and he really put together a sweet place. I've never been to the one in New Orleans, but he says this one outdid that one. I think they are actually sold out a couple of nights this weekend.

Looking forward to Tab Benoit in a few weeks.

Order takeout/delivery and eat in, man. Rub one out and watch Chapelle on Netflix. Rub another one out afterwards and call it a night. You won't find much better to do in Laffy on a Friday when school is not in (not a knock on Laffy, the same is true for most small college towns this time of year).

Oh, you mean the 2 other times he will be performing in Louisiana in the next 3 months?

That dude plays in Louisiana maybe a dozen times a year, and most of those are in the BR/NOLA region. That's way less than any of the frickin cajun or zydeco guys that you can find a couple times a month from Laffy to Lake Charles. Every damn festival in Acadiana has Steve Riley and Geno Delafose. I'll take something different for a change.

Our class was taught by the Lantec CIO bc it's high level admin stuff they barely teach and he was awesome.

Bought us lunch at Broadus Burger, had a Shawn v2 and a GITM at lunch today.

Great experience highly recommend Lantec
