I don’t think I’ve ever had a food that disgusted me.
Cauliflower is just about the only food my wife cooks that I can’t eat. The keto cauliflower recipes are bullshite. It’s not a good substitute for rice or bread.
Licorice would be on my list too. It doesn’t “disgust” me, but I certainly don’t like it.

Closest thing would be raw cucumber. I will still eat it in a salad with the dressing, but I can smell it from across the house when it gets chopped.

No food disgusts me.
The only food that I ask, "why am I eating this?" would be cottage cheese.
No flavor and kind of a nasty consistency.

Ketchup is too sweet. I love tomatoes. Hate ketchup though
I like Ketchup in general but sugar free Heinz is the best.

Not a huge fan of butter beans.

Lima beans - can't get past the gritty texture. I pick 'em out of ten bean soup and give them to my husband, who always notices.

As a kid I grew up loving Sprite. It was probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite soda. But once I got out of high school and could buy my own drinks I always opted for Dr Pepper or the rootbeer. Basically I stopped drinking Sprite. Fast foward to like 10+ years later of no sprite and I try it again and about gag it back up. shite tasted so damn nasty, holy frick.
