BS, I called and cancelled my plan with them and they assured me it was cancelled. I get another bill for each of the next two months and when I called back to tell them to cancel the fricking bill they tried to claim they had no record I had called. Seems like every call these days says they are recorded for quality assurance. Had to speak to a high up guy who finally agreed that I had cancelled it two months earlier. I think it was all a crock and they knew what they were doing. Stamps.com did the same thing when I cancelled them. Just conveniently kind of forgot to officially cancel and I kept getting charged. Call and raise hell and shite like this won't happen.

I've gotten great customer service at many restaurants in New Orleans.

Kudos to Petz Plaza on Jefferson. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else for day care or boarding. They care for them on a really personal level.

Most of their stuff cheaper than other places and they ship superfast usually at no extra charge.

Don't use them that often but have been impressed every time I have shopped with them.

My wife called them up after she lost a shoe from a pair that she had just bought from Zappos and gave them this sob story, and they shipped her a brand new pair of the same shoe.

Chik-Fil-A. Every location I've ever been to. Ever.

Radio-Shak in Denham Springs (got my iPhone 5 there. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when a data-transfer went wrong).

Nottoway Plantation-Got married there two years ago in August. We've stayed and eaten there several times since. It's like calling your friend's house before a cookout or a weekend stay asking what to bring, etc. They're great on the phone, and EXCELLENT once you're there.

Stine's in Walker-Had to get a key made for my truck a few weeks ago. They made one even though we weren't sure it would work without a chip in it, gave it to me and said, "Go out to the truck and try it. If it doesn't work, just chunk it. If it does, come back and pay." Always friendly and will track someone down to help answer your out-of-left-field questions.

Wayne's BBQ in Livingston-Moved my Dad out there a few months ago and ate lunch outside on either a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. They heard my Dad mention he wanted to try something before he decided to order something else. They walked out and brought him a full serving of it and said don't mention it!

City of Walker Employees-Quick, efficient, smiles on their faces and quick responses to your problem.

My beef with Amazon isn't the customer service it has to do with packages showing up late or to the wrong address and thus creating problems.

Chick-Fil-A. Always awesome service

My hardware vendor at work is GREAT. Every time it's either next or same day delivery. I even had to order some RAM for a server the other day and he sent it free of charge.

That sucks. I've never had a package show up late with Amazon. Usually they arrive BEFORE the estimated day of arrival.

just not my experience. any time i want to change phones, drop a line, add a line, drop data, add data, they've been great to me. i know they dropped after being the top in customer satisfaction last year, but i've just had nothing but good experiences.

Amazon has always been awesome. Also, Porsche of New Orleans has an amazing service department. I never bought my car from them, but they will do everything possible to accomodate you. They've even brought a loaner to my house to take my car in for service. If I can ever talk my wife into a Panamera or a Macan, I will feel obligated to buy it from them.
