2. A law school gunner would preface a question with, "Well, in the bible it says x." Prof. would answer, "Well in the Constitution it says Y. And it's the Constitution that will be tested on my exam."

I was in a contracts class one time and this lady who was an absolute loon (not a gunner but a religious fanatic) raises her hand and quotes the Bible to counter something the professor had just said about some principle of contracts. It was all this professor could do to keep a straight face and not start hilariously laughing.

That same student still rants and raves on Facebook about "true Christians"

You should wind her up tighter than a $2 watch and watch her self destruct.

Back on topic, can Nak pick up his paperwork tomorrow? What kind of timeline are we looking at? If SU delays it further, how mad does that make a judge once he has ruled?

That's exactly the kind of thing this chick would do except she would say something like "well, the real definition of racism is race + power, so these practices would not be discriminatory by definition."

Are her initials KB?

No, that's the other one. I genuinely get the feeling that they don't like each other.

However, they do share a lot of similarities:

- Both have self-admitted that they have gone for days without bathing.
- Both are ashamed of their race and apologize for it profusely.
- Both run a "business." One sells shirts and the other, well she promotes hers as if she is a non-profit but we all know better and relentlessly asks for donations to "fix" up her house ... errrr ... I mean business.
- Both use to home school and one of them may still do so.
- Both are not good with children. One has hers seeking psychological evaluations every week and the other, well she gave one back to orphanage.
- Both are on Medicaid.
- And both spend way too much time on social media for either of their businesses to ever have a chance at becoming successful.

As far as differences are concerned, two things sticks out:

- One has a bowl or helmet cut. The other is semi-attractive providing she doesn't cry when she opens her mouth. Like literally. I can't even.
- One is married. The other can't keep a husband or find anyone worth dating. I mean. Like OMG.
- One is now in law school at a university that is being threatened with losing its accreditation. The other likes to think she is a lawyer, based upon her "Journalism" degree.

And all of this has been made known by them through various postings on their social media pages.

TMI.

Totally.

Hello ladies, I see you are very quick with the down vote. Have a great evening!

Her first name rhymes with Reagan.

Her last name rhymes with Ratt.

Or substitute the "R" in the first and last name with an "M" and you'll have your answer.

Just read her Facebook and I'll bet she's already elicited 100 eye rolls in class

She thinks that being the angry, obnoxiously opinionated woman is a virtue. I can't wait until a bunch of black students have enough of her shite and accuse her of whitesplaining.

She'll find some allies at SULC, but I can definitely see her running into some opposing viewpoints from both blacks and whites.

The bigger problem will be that she is perpetually aggrieved and the whole point of 1L year is to haze you to make sure this is something you really want to do. I can easily see her mistaking that for persecution or some other melodramatic bullshite.

That aggrieved attitude is what I think will be her undoing if she ever makes it to actually practicing law. Her overzealous attitude for social justice is going to lead her to be involved with some unethical and/or shady dealings. I can see her advising clients to do some things that will get her disbarred.

But the quiet hero here is that Keaty guy the attorney and the sidekick McDiarmid. That guy reads law books like Gravy reads menus. They knew what they were doing hiring that duo. That Southern attorney DeQueer rolled over like a turd in a punch bowl.

The one that still has her three kids on a part time basis - the other time they are being evaluated and/or with her ex-husband ...

So that eliminates that one. Like for real. Totally.

I know McDiarmid. He's a sharp dude and has a long, successful career ahead of him.

The one in law school completely fabricated a story on her very active Facebook page for personal gain/attention. So I'm sure if she keeps that up in her future she'll hear from the state bar association
