My company has a policy that no one can use the word...even blacks but they continue to use the word with no repricussions

Also, I haven't heard that word from an employee in my 15+ year career, you may just be in the wrong line of work.

Stupid to use any kind of word on paper, email, text etc. I wouldn't even call someone stupid or an idiot on public domain.
