While trying to get someone fired

Then she shows up to work like nothing happened even though she is still suspended .

You don't seem to get it. She was trying to find a reason to get a government employee fired in texting that on a government provided phone. The government there said they do not condone that kind of stuff and suspended her. Do you have a problem with that?
