Yeah that's a black middle class neighborhood but close to the ghetto. It's actually not that far from Sharon Hills which was nice when I was younger. I grew up off of Hooper in Central so I used to drive through Mickens a lot

He used to live in Shenedoah. Something happened recently and he moved to the other house. I think he and his wife split up.
