NAACP wants the Sterling investigation to hurry up

Am I allowd to shoot someone, on my front porch, that is throwing stuff at the house or trying to kick in the door, or do I have to wait until they break in the front door and enter the house?

BLM/NAACP logic says you must first be murdered and then somehow file a pardon for your killer owing to your white privilege causing him to "act out."

Translation - we already made our minds up and anything less than the death penalty for the cops is insufficient.

The reason why it's taking so long is because the cops won't be charged and the authorities aren't sure what the right time is to announce it.

You can shoot if they are attempting to gain entry. Unfortunately, there can be some real grey area there.
